I am a Life Coach and a facilitator of personal growth. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation as well as a Master Coach through Coach for Life Master Coaching Program. As a life coach, I am excited to work with people who are in the process of transition and change. I enjoy being in partnership with others as they create more balance in their lives and work toward creating a life of their dreams. Also, I mentor new coaches and coaches who are in the process of becoming certified through the International Coach Federation. I continue to work as an executive coach with leaders in fields of education, non-profit organizations, and small businesses.
Currently, my clients are primarily people seeking change and growth and wanting to move in a positive direction. In addition, I am a leadership coach for Howard Country Public Schools Leadership Fellows Program. I also enjoy teaching seminars related to personal growth at local holistic learning centers, as Evergreen: A Center for Balanced Living, and The Retreat and Conference Center at Bon Secours.
I hold a Doctorate in Professional and Organization Development in Education from University of Maryland. I have a twenty-five year career in the field of professional development and college teaching, working with such agencies as Howard County Public School System, Johns Hopkins University, Loyola College of Maryland, and The Ministry of Education in Bermuda, providing services in appreciative inquiry, facilitation of groups, team building, leadership, and personal growth. My life journey has integrated the study and practice of traditional professional development with a rich blend of holistic learning and interpersonal skill building.
I am blessed to have created the "life of my dreams." I am passionate about my work as well as my family, my friends, travel, writing, walking beaches, and practicing the Aloha spirit. I am active in my community, and I bring joy and love as I serve.
